Why this exists

Most advice for working parents starts in the wrong place.

We all get enough emails.

I made Working Parent because most advice for working parents seems to assume the problem is that we haven’t yet found the right calendar, morning routine or color-coded system. I have tried enough of those to know better.

Each month, I take one pressure point where work, family, policy and ordinary life meet and stay with it long enough to make it useful. Every issue includes From the Desk of Chaos, my monthly editorial, along with an original policy brief and something practical you can use at home or at work.

The point is not to add more reading to an already crowded week. We all get enough emails. It is to give you something back: time, clarity, money, capacity or simply a little room to breathe.

Members receive every new issue, the full archive, and all member-only downloads and exercises. Working Parent is written, reported, edited and produced by me, Georgia Logothetis.
